Cinemagraphs apps for Andriod phones & iPhones

        Want to be creative in presenting a short video, then go and create your own Cinemagraphs using your smartphone. It's very simple, just download a cinemagraph apps from Apps store  using your iPhone or Android  for free. Watch what I did to our electric fan, I had a  hard time looking for a good subject. But anyway, just want to show  how cool cinemagraphs is!
